cannot input calander items

when trying to input a calander item, I receive the following error mssg.:
"the form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator"

I have outlook 2003. this problem started after i bought an audiovox 6700
pocket pc and installed microsoft activesync 4.2 any suggestions?

Try clearing your forms cache. Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Custom
Forms>Manage Forms>Clear Cache.
