Cannot install additional themes

I want to add more themes...In help, I was instructed to
go to Format, Themes, and select Install Additional
Themes from the themes window, but there is no such
option in the window...Can anyone help me?

There is no such option

If you did not install all the FP Themes from the FP CD, from Windows Control Panel Add Remove Programs select Front Page and the
option to Add Components
