Whenever i try to install bcm the first screen that pops up is "bcm fo
outlook 2003 requires .Net framework 1.1 to be installed. To detect an
install .Net framework, click install...blah blah." when i click ok i
goes through the process of installing .Net framework 1.1 even thoug
it has been installed. After the installation process of Nf it pops u
the stopper, "The setup wizard cannot continue. BCM for Outlook 200
requires some components that cannot be found on this computer. Pleas
install the latest .NET framework, then run setup......"
i have fully updated Outlook and have install NET framework 1.1 and 2.
and uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing changes. it'
like ground hog day
