Cannot install Businiss Contact Manager

Been using Outlook 2003 for a while and now want to
install Business Contact Manager. I put in the disc and
try to run the setup.exe but it closes out saying BCM
not installed.

I am having the exact same problem. Have you discovered any solutions?

Within seconds of inserting the '03 Business Contact Manager CD, the
following message pops up: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 was
not installed The wizard was interrupted before Business Contract Manager
for Outlook 2003 could be completely installed. All changes during this
process were removed. To complete installation at another time, please run
setup again."

I have no option but to abort / exit. I look forward to your reply.

What operating system? Is Outlook 2003 already installed? Have you disabled
your antivirus software temporarily before installing?

-Windows XP.
-Outlook 2003 is installed and has been used for many months.
-After reading your post, I did disable Norton Systemworks, rebooted and
tried again. Same problems. I see the "installling..." box and gauge for
1/2-second, then the message previousely posted. ("Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2003 was not installed The wizard was interrupted
before Business Contract
Manager...") Again, THANK YOU for your reply. I hope you have more ideas.
