Cannot install Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition

Hi, I'm using a Entourage 2008 Single installation, without Office 2008. I cannot install Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition. I allready update Entourage to 12.2.0 and 12.2.1.

I don't believe the stand alone version of Entourage qualifies. You'll need
to contact your provider and see if they are going to support EWS on the
standalone.

Having the same problem again.
Had this problem with previous updates as well.

Also removed en reinstalled office 2008 with the latest service pack,
same problem!
I'm using the dutch version of office 2008 for the mac.

I'm running OSX 10.5.8

It doesn't appear your question is related to the stand alone version of
Entourage. Please start your own thread and give details. I don't know what
your problems where before.

We use Entourage out of open value. So we are contracted with Microsoft.

Who else - if not contracted customers - should be authorized to use EWS?

You'll need to contact Microsoft to find out. We are your peers here and
don't have the info.

Just found out you are supposed to be able to use EWS with the standalone
version.

The directions for installing using the full Office install, include
removing the EWS beta, installing Entourage then updating to 12.2.1 THEN
updating to v13. Did you remove and reinstall before trying to update?
