Cannot install Groove Workspace

Hi Everyone,

I have Groove 2007 installed. Some of the people I work with are
still using the non Microsoft version of Groove. I am having issues
installing a particular workspace in my Groove.

I any anyone invites me to this particular workspace, i accept the
invitation and Groove does its thing by downloading the workspace and
then installing it. When the workspace is installing, at the end i
get this error "Error installing workspace <WORKSPACE NAME>.

Has anyone seen this before?

Hi Tommy,

Please check your Workspace Restrictions under Security Settings in your
Preferences Menu of Groove 2007 Client. Uncheck the Workspace Restriction.

If your Groove Client is managed by a Groove Management Server, ask your
Groove Administrator whether the Worskpace Restriction has been applied in
GMS Policies.

In GMS, You will find Workspace Version Policies in your Identity Policy
Template. Ask your admin to set Minimum Worskpace Version to 'No Minimum'.
