this new update will not install. Help?
K Kevin Davies Apr 20, 2006 #2 Had similar problem. Advice from Msoft was to remove Office, empty temp dir, del Office/Office 10 folders, reinstall/update Office 2003. Painful, but it worked and KB914454 is now installed.
