cannot install office 2003

Hi,

I was attempting to install Office 2003 on w2k pro PC. I
have Access 2000 currently loaded. After installation
progress begins, the PC responds "Insufficient rights to
open registry key..etc" I am logged in as
administrator.
Anyone have this issue?
