Cannot install Office 2007 Pro Error 1935

When I attempt to install MS Office Professional 2007 I receive the following
error message:
Microsoft Office Professional 2007 encountered an error during setup.

Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly component
{9BAE13A2-E7AF-D6C3-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x80073712.

I have researched this error message and I did find one reference that said
in effect that I was missing .net framework 2.0 but when I tried to install
it Vista reported that it is already installed. However when I look it does
not show up as an installed program.

This is a first time install of Office 2007 on a clean install of Vista
Business.

I don't think so. This link is in reference to an Access ODBC problem if I
am reading it correctly. Is this the link you intended?

hello sir,

i have apply this but this is also not work even i have
install .net2.0 patch and .net 1.1 and also install the same 946691
patch but the problem is same give me the solution of this
