Cannot Install OneNote Mobile on Windows Mobile 5.0

I am trying to install ON mobile on PPC. Running 64-bit Vista. Automatic and
Manual attempts both fail. Install button is not available in manual attempt.
Using Trial IN 2007. Any help?

Which version of PPC on the PDA?
PPC2003 is the minimum for ON Mobile.
