cannot install update Office 2007

I purchased and have Office ultimate installed on my new windows 7 laptop and it runs fine.

Updates tells me there is an important "2007 Microsoft Office Suite Pack 2 (SP2)" to download. But 8 attempts to download and install fail with Error Code 8020000E.
How do I get around this?

Thanks.  Jeff

I mis-spoke.  What I have is Office Ultimate 2010 (not 2007).  I'm not sure why update is offering me the 2007 update (other than my having some documents created by Word XP).

I would love to know where you have obtained Office 2010 Ultimate as it has not been released and there are no service packs yet. The only Office 2010 that is available are beta versions and they don't have service packs. Office Ultimate is a volume licensed version and help would be the responsibility of either the company's IT department or Microsoft and the company's IT department should have the appropriate telephone number to call. If you obtained the software from any location other than through your company's home use program or the company you work for (government, industry or academic) then it is a pirated version.

My error. Sorry for the confusion. I bought it on the internet from MS
on Jan 16, 2010 and the email I got with the registration number was
dated 2010 which is what caused my confusion.

Reading the email itself I see that what I purchased was indeed "Office
Ultimate 2007". I have egg on my face!

But then this brings me back as to why I cannot download or install the
update listed as important "2007 Microsoft Office Suite Pack 2 (SP2)".
Whenever I try (from Windows update in IE8) I get an install fail with
Error Code 8020000E.

How do I get around this? Thanks.

For other that might be in the same situation here is the solution.
Microsoft sent me a whole list of things to do - none of which helped.
What helped is advice I got on an other newslist which advised :
..........................
Downloaded the update manually at

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...18-79EA-46C6-8A81-9DB49B4AB6E5&displaylang=en

Installed it manually. Worked fine. Then checked with Windows Update
which now no longer says I need that update so it apparently installed
fine. The problem was with Windows update having trouble installing it
online for some reason.
...........................................
So now all is fine again.

Hope this helps someone else.
