I have not made any (intentional) setting changes in MS Outlook but suddenly
I cannot launch MS Word and MS Excel attachments by simply double-clicking on
them. I have to first save them in my documents folder and open them with the
application.
I have Norton AV with the email scanning option enabled, but this has always
been the case and I did not start having problems until a few days before.
Any clues why this may be happening?
