cannot load ltdis12n.dll

When trying to open a page for modification - I am getting an error that says "
"cannot load ltdis12n.dll"

I have un-installed and re-installed FrontPage 3 times, I work fine for a couple of times, and then the error comes back.

Any ideas?

Have you ensured you have the latest service pack? In all honesty, this one may not even be directly connected with FP. The ltdis12n.dll library is a graphics library by LeadTools. The only application on my machine that uses it is Roxio's Easy Media Creator. It could be that it is interfering with another resource used by the OS or FP.
