Cannot locate outlook email security update nec. for to CDO 1.21..

I know I have installed all updates but I keep getting the message that this
particular item is not installes... HELP!

This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Your question seems
like one that would be easily found if you simply search for the update
number in google. Please look for your answer before posting to a newsgroup
(but post to an OUTLOOK newsgroup if you must post a thread).
