Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server

I have a test/target PC running an Access app via RUNTIME Access Enironment.
When trying to open a web link I get the error message: "Unable to open
http://whatever.com/some_page.htm.
Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server."

The link works fine on my development PC and on another test/target PC using
FULL ACCESS environment.

HELP...running out of time!

Check the browser's Proxy settings. Sounds like the target PC's browser (IE) is configured
to use a specified proxy address. Either clear it (if appropriate) or fix it.
