cannot log on to the project server

Hi, we just installed everything. When new users log on
from their PCs, after clik next on the page of "accept
the terms in lisense agreement", come up an error in the
next page as follows:
"The controls for Microsoft Web Access could not be
downloaded correctly. Please check your security settings
in Internet Explorer or contact your System Administrator"
Could anybody please tell me what to do to download the
project server pages correctly? Thanks in advance.

by the soudns of it, you just need to get their PC's to
trust your server.

if they're running IE, go tools->options->security. Add
the project server site to your trusted sites.

The most common cause of this is that the user hitting the web page doesn't
have rights to install software on the system. Many companies prohibit this
through security policies. If this isn't the issue, be sure to specify the
operating system and Internet Explorer version for the computer you're
having trouble with when you post again.
