Cannot login with my windows account

I cannot login using my Windows Account any more .the only
thing I changed yesterday before I left was the
permission setting on the IIS server to Anonymous and
Basic Authentication and Integrated windows
authentication, all 3 of them are checked. Could that be
the reason? Could any one change the settings that caused
this? I can login using my Project Server Administrator
Account though and I checked the accounts on PWA they seem
fine. What else do I need to check?

I would appreciate any help.

Basic Auth should not be selected unless you're exposing Project Web Access
across the Internet.
