Cannot Obtain Necessary Hotfix For Outlook 2001 For Mac

Thats it in a nutshell, I'm scouring the net for the
hotfix Qfe7048.bin, which solves a major issue I've been
trying to solve for a user. Only thing is its nowhere to
be found.
