cannot open a pub file...do not have Micro Pub

[can't open an attachment]

I received an e-mail attachment that was in pub format. I do not have
Microsoft Publisher. Is there any way I can open it?

No. Ask the person who sent you the file to convert it to a .pdf and send it
again.
