what happens when you try? Did you reset the internet options (in control
panel)? Do you have firefox installed?

a) What's a ULR?
b) Use the big blank part of the message to give some information surrounding
the problem, like version of Outlook, error messages, what exactly is happening,
has it ever worked, what have you done to try and fix it, etc.
