cannot open attachments

Cannot open some attached files. Get message "File cannot be found." What's up?

In Tools>Accounts, <your account>, switch to the Options tab and make sure
that the box that says "Partially download ..." is not checked.

If it IS checked, select a message that has the problem and click on the
link labeled Receive Entire Message in the preview pane.

Nope. Wasn't checked, that's not the problem. Any other ideas?
