Cannot open Auto Saved File

My computer locked up as I was working with Word and when
I tried to open it, it said "Document Name or Path is not
valid" and then it gave me a couple of options, neither
of which work. It saved itself as a *.wbk file. How do
I get this back??? Its for a paper that is due soon.

Hi Chris. Look through the Microsoft Knowledge Base article for your version of Word for different ways to recover a lost file:
