Database opens in Access 2000 on Windows 98, but will not
open in Access 2002 on Windows XP. I get error message
Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close.
There's a checkbox for repair this database, and it
reproduces a backup with a lower number of KB and a
separate file with an icon with a blue lock on it. System
freezes each time.
The database does open in a limited manner if I use
Access for Windows, but does not give me any options
other than entering data.
Tried the 'convert' but it didn't work.
