cannot open excel

I have office 2003 and recently did the 2007 patch (so I can open documents
made in 2007). now I can't open Excel. all other office works but I receive
the following message: installation error:file not found
A required installation of SKU011.CAB can not be found. I can not find my
find the Office 2003 install cd.
