I click on 'open' and the wheel of death appears. after about 2 mins, it opens a very horizontally elongated file screen and the wheel continues to go round. All I can do is pull the screen (about 10 times its full width) until I find the cancel button bottom right. pressing this sends the wheel off again and I end up having to force quit. I can only access my word documents thro FINDER and am really pissed off with the whole thing. HELP someone please
