Cannot open files in Groove Workspace

I have recently loaded Office 2007 on a new Windows 7, 64 bit system. The
install completed without error. I used the Groove Profile from my Vista 64
bit system and imported that into the new install. The files synchronized as
they are supposed to and were visible in the workspace. When I attempted to
open any of the files I got a "failure to Launch" error message. If I drag
the files to my desktop, they launch without issue. I have been using Groove
for over a year on XP and Vista system. This is the first time I have had
any issues.

Anyone got any ideas? I have uninstalled Norton Security and have attempted
a repair from the original Office 2007 disk. I have uninstalled Groove and
then reinstalled it. All of this has been done with no apparent changes. I
am stumped.

Hi Bob,

Is this for all spaces and for all files, or just a certain file type?
Check under Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate File Type with
Protocol or program and see if there is more than one program that is
associated with the file type. If there are, try removing all but one and
see if this resolves the problem.
