Cannot open Outlook 2003 even in safe mode. Problem reported: Error signature

Not a lot of detail, but two thoughts....

1) Does your Office/Outlook 2003 installation include Business Contact
Manager? If yes, did you recently apply updates to Office/Outlook 2003 but
forget about updating Business Contact Manager?

2) Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling/repairing your Office/Outlook
2003?
