Cannot open pdf attachments from within an email...

Hi all

I can save the attachment by right clicking on it and I
can open it once i've saved it, but when i try and open it
directly it comes up with the following EM:

The system cannot find the path specified

Also, it does not give me the option to open or save it
when I double click it, it just brings up the EM, and only
with .pdf files.

Any help would be much appreciated
