cannot open personal macro workbook

We transferred office 2004 to another computer, now we can not use the personal macro workbook since is apparently is all ready open.
what can we do to resolve this problem?

What's the problem, if it is already open? What are you trying to do? What's
Excel doing or not doing that you expect otherwise? How did you transfer
Excel to another computer?
