Cannot open power point file.

When I open a power point file, I received a message "PowerPoint was unable
to open or save this document. Please ensure that you have access privileges
to read or write the document and that it is not encrypted."

The file size of this file is 228MB. Please advice.

What version of PowerPoint? Does this happen with all presentation? If not,
what is the source of the file? Did you create it?
