Cannot Open Specified File - Word Hyperlink to an EXE with Command Switches/Parameters...

Hello,

I am trying to set up a hyperlink to an exe via word.
\\mylocalserver\Program.exe -DOCUMENT:045-0024

Except each time I receive an error "Cannot Open Specified File".
Is this possible to do?
