I installed Windows XP Home Edition about two weeks ago. I purchased an OEM
version, so Microsoft is going to make me pay for any help that I get
directly from them> Anyhow, perhaps somebody can answer a question that
nobody has been able to answer. I can go to any website that I have
attempted except for one. The one I cannot go to is WWW.USPS.COM Please
help! Thank you so much.

You've posted this in the wrong newsgroup; Microsoft Access is a
database program in the Office Pro suite, and this newsgroup is for
technical support for that program - not for general Windows problems.

I'd suggest you scroll down the list of newsgroups to one for your
particular Windows Explorer version (microsoft.public.internet.ie6 or
something like that). I have noticed that the US Postal Service
website is both very slow and sometimes unreliable; it might have just
been the Christmas rush overloading their servers.
