Cannot open WordPad email attachment

1) I have Windows 98/Microsoft Works.
2) A friend has sent a form in a WordPad Doc that I cannot
open. I could see the form in "Quick View" but that was
it.
3) The printer is down.
4) Would like to complete this form on line and send
completed form as attachment or cut-and paste to
appropriate recipient.
5) Would like to save copy of original in my documents.

So, right-click the attachment, choose Save As, browse to "My Documents" and
click OK.
