cannot open X project plan (may exption error from windows)

Dear All,

I have a problem when I open my project plan 2007 on the server or on my
machine by the following error details (error by windows) :

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Office 12
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Description:
Faulting application winproj.exe, version 12.0.6423.1000, stamp 49b0d864,
faulting module winproj.exe, version 12.0.6423.1000, stamp 49b0d864, debug?
0, fault address 0x00155815.

i don't know why this happened
This error has appearing just for a specific project plan and not the all
plan.

Can you help me how to open this plan, it’s very important.

You are behind in your patches, many problems are resolved by SP2 and
Cummulative hotfix patchs.
