Cannot open your default e-mail folders.

I installed outlook on a new gigabyte netbook .... everything was wonderful.
Then the user went home and for some reason couldn't open her outlook so she
decided to uninstall it. I reinstalled it now, but get the following message:

Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The information store could not be
opened.

What can i do to fix this??

You don't mention what type of e-mail account you are working with, but if
it is a POP3/IMAP/HOTMAIL account, I would verify that the .PST file(s) that
are being created are in a place where the user has full NTFS rights and the
PST file(s) are not marked read-only.
