Hi,
When I copy some text and then new or reply or forward a message,
I cannot paste (Ctrl-V) the text to the body of this message.
However,
1. I can paste to the "subject" or "to" or "cc" field.
2. I can paste to the msg body if I change my message format to "Plain Text".
(This issue only occurs when the message format is "HTML" or "Rich Text").
3. I can paste to the msg body if I click the menu "Edit->Paste Special..."
4. I can paste to the msg body if I show the Office Clipboad and click
the corresponding content icon
(Anyway, I cannot paste to the msg body if I click "Edit->Paste" or press
Ctrl-V)
5. I can paste to the message body if I copy again.
That is, I can paste it to the message body if I first
new/reply/forward a message, second copy the text.
Can anyone help me to get rid of this strange issue?
Thanks.
P.S.
My Outlook is Version 2002 with sp3, and my OS is Win2000 with sp4.
