I have a user that cannot paste email to email in Outlook 2003. The copy
works. You can open notepad and paste into it so Word is not deleting the
clipboard file. I had the user open Word and leave it open. I also had the
user open the email he wished to paste into before copying to make sure no
add-ins could be erasing the clipboard.
Any suggestions?
