cannot post publisher website by ftp on Vista system READ ONLY

When I try to publish a web site using ftp with Vista it sill not publish it says it is read-only

Sorry that does not give us nearly enough information to tell you what is
wrong and how to fix it, so I will offer some general suggestions.

Prepare, publish, and maintain your Publisher Web site:

It is written for Pub 2007, and if you are using IE7 instead of IE6, then
the directions for using Vista would apply. FTP uploading has changed with
the introduction of IE7. Pay particular attention to the instructions for
FTP uploading in Vista.

You should consider downloading and installing the free FTP client
FileZilla:
http://filezilla-project.org/ It is likely to be easier for you. Also
peruse this page for the instructions:
