Cannot print C5 envelopes?

Word complains about paper size when one tries to print C5 envelopes and
rejects the envelope. C6 works OK. Or is it printer issue ... (HP C7180)

The printer driver tells Word which paper and envelope sizes the printer
accepts. If a size is listed in Page Setup, it is OK for that printer. Make
sure that the HP printer is selected as the default printer when you choose
C5. Then check in Print Preview to make sure that it displays correctly.
Press Print if it looks OK. If it fails now, check to see if HP have an
updated printer driver or report this problem to HP.
