Cannot print e-mails that are HTML

I cannot print e-mails that are in html format. All I get is the header.
Already have tried 'regsvr ole32.dll'

I get the response: DllRegisterServer in ole32.dll failed
Return code was: 0x80040152

Any help would be appreciated.
