Cannot print from Outlook, Outlook Express

I get "An error has occurred in the script on the page..."
Further down in the message it refers to:
res://C:\windows\System32\shdoclc.dll/previewdlg..

This happens at the point I go to print the message.
There are two additional script errors dealing with the above address.

Then nothing. I have to "Select all", copy, and paste into Word to get my
messages.

Pentium 4, Windows XP, USB Canon i860 printer

Any suggestions.
