Error Printing from Outlook

Here's the error message:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 1184
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I've Googled around for the problem and I've seen these KB articles
which don't apply:

I'm using a Brother MFC8440 printer and Outlook 2003 with all the
latest updates.

Any suggestions?
