Cannot print multiple copies

All of a sudden.........no matter how we set the # of copies in Office only
1 prints to the HP 4200.........I am checking with HP too but figured I'd
start here.

Sometimes Disabling "Advanced printing features" in the printer
preferences helps with the HP printers.
