Cannot print page with jpg or GIF

Hi,

A customer gave me a Word '97 document with several pictures in it. The
problem is that when the she wants to print the document, the pages come out
allright but sometimes without the pictures and when she opens and prints
the same document the next day it all comes allright. This problem does nog
occur on other computers.

Help!

You have to view the pages to ensure the pictures render up. To aid in
this, zoom ALL the way out, wait for the pikkies to fill in,
flickering across the screen, before page down to the next lot and
wait again. Once all are loaded, print.
