Cannot Print Shared Calendars

L

Lord Dark Helmet

We are using the Shared resources to book our conference rooms. Some people
are trying to print out those calendars and are unable. The print menu comes
up and you can select the options like printer style, date range, copies.
When you click on ok nothing happens. These people can print their own
calendars but not the shared resource calendar. You cannot even see a print
preview of the calendar. Same thing happens when you try to see the print
preview, literally nothing happens. We have tried different printers and
reinstalled the printers to see if that would fix the problem. I've tried to
give them owner rights to the printer and it doesn't work still. Any help
here would be greatly appreciated.

Version of outlook? Do they have the option to include tasks? That needs
disabled.

We are on Outlook 2007 and just upgraded to exchange 2007. When I go into
page setup in the print menu box, Tasks is grayed out and not selected. In
the selection "print this calendar", the shared calendar is selected. When I
press "ok" nothing happens.

OK, we figured out what we needed to do. I had to log into the mailboxes of
each resource room and setup the everyone group (a custom security group) as
a delegate with read rights to the calendar and tasks. This fixed the
problem.
