Cannot Print when Read-Only

I have a ppt file that has a password set for the Modify
Password security option. If a user opens the file, they
get promted to enter the modify pw or view Read-Only. If
viewed R/O, user cannot print from the file menu. User can
try once, the slides do not print and then the menu does
not appear again. The only way to print is the button on
the toolbar. If anyone can let me know of a workaround, I
would greatly appreciate it.

Why not add a macro button to the slides that you will allow the user to
print? Clicking the button will print the slide in the format you allow.
