Cannot publish FP 2002 on new computer; all files transferred OK

Just upgraded to a new HP computer. Old computer is still set up and talking
to the internet with FP 2002. New computer has FP 2002 loaded and I can edit
my webpages. It cannot talk to the internet to publish or ping. Help!
