Cannot Publish using DSL

Since getting DSL, I have been unable to publish through frontpage 2000

I get the following error whenever I try to publish:

500 IST not understood

How might one correct?

That sorta looks like it should be "LIST" . If true the problem is with
your telecommunications setup dropping a letter before transmitting the
command. It might be your network interface card is not upto handling the
aDSL modem. Or other local issue. You might try to see if your DSL tech
support people can confirm your setup correctly.
