cannot receive E-mail's

Ann S.please help: I have had oe2000 for about 4 years
and have had no problem with it, on Friday I couldn't
receive E-mail's, it tries to receive then gives the
error number 0x800ccc0f. I'm with btopenworld who are
phasing a new partnership with yahoo, which I think may
have something to do with it! Any help would be
appreciated!
