This is an Access newsgroup, not an Outlook or Outlook Exprees newsgroup.
When you repost your message to the correct newsgroup (you might actually
read a few messages there before you post) you should turn off caps lock as
there is no need TO SHOUT. You will also need to explain what error you are
getting and what you have tried.
With what little details you have given, the answer might be "Sign up for
email with an internet provider" or "turn on your computer". You'll have to
explain what is going on.
